Did you know that the majority of woman that work out, work out wrong? Well it is true many women do cardiovascular exercise and stay away from any kind of weight training because they do not want to look like a man. Well I am here to tell you that that is not true.
It is not true because a woman yes can look like a man but only if she takes testosterone supplements and tries really hard for that to happen. That is called body building. I am not talking about body building; I am talking about adding a weight training routine to your exercise program to reach your fitness goals. So weight training for woman is a must to get the desired body you have always wanted.
A woman should exercise and strength train like a man to achieve weight loss goals and changes to there body. Woman who weight train like a man can benefit from the same things as a man such as, bone and soft tissue modeling and increased lean body mass, decreased fat content and increased self confidence.
The only difference is that because of men and woman’s differences in hormonal balance, woman can not put on muscle mass like men, they can put on muscle mass just not as fast. So the differences are that a woman will become strong but have a lean beautiful body that is just that lean and beautiful not like a man. Woman will just tone themselves while men will build bulky muscle, so a woman does not need to worry about building muscle mass.
Did you know that every woman is different? Well they are so this means that some woman have more testosterone then others, so this means that while some woman will obviously become toned and there bodies transformed into a beautiful sculpted body, while another woman doing the exact same exercises can actually start to build muscle. So if this were to ever happen to you all you have to do is back off the intensity and the duration of the exercises on that part of your body.
So I guess it is all about the hormones, weight training for woman is a great way to get the body you have always wanted.
Yes cardiovascular exercise is very important for you health, weight lifting is very important as well. Weight lifting for woman is under rated, if you want to lose fat and gain muscle to get that lean, toned sexy body that you have always wanted then weight training for woman is for you.
